If you’re American, stay far away from this place. They WILL over charge you. I’ve been here multiple times and I’m always disappointed when I leave. I’ve been here 3 times for the same problem. They diagnose the problem (which is over 50.00) and even if you tell them what the problem is they will still charge you. The mark up is 21%. And oil changes for basic oil starts at 100.00 not to mention 20 oil filters. I’d only recommend this place if you have time to waste and money to spend, because they will take both.

This Ford dealership will service US-made Ford vehicles. They will do warranty work and recall repairs. However, the warranty work will have to be paid for after the work is done and then give the receipt to the warranty office that covers your car. The manager at the service center speaks English and is very helpful.
Completely worthless. I asked to be called with an estimate before any work was done. They removed a broken lock on my passenger door before I received an estimate and approved the work and then told me the part would take a month. Then they charged me to remove the lock and then charged me to reinstall the same broken lock. Apparently estimate means I will do the work and charge you anyway. Several times I have asked to be called and they never did. I've been to this shop 3 times and it has been bad every time. I will not return again.
Muy mala la experiencia. Llevo el coche por un problema con el limpiaparabrisas, ya lo había intentado arreglar y había desmontado todo el soporte, total que me dicen que no saben dónde está el fallo pero que puede venir de de la caja de fusibles del copiloto, 640 solo la pieza, total que lo ve un amigo, en 5 minutos de reloj prueba el fusible y ve el recorrido del cable que lo había despejado ya antes y ve que las ratas habían comido un cable. Una hora que me sablaron 50, muy descontento con el taller, esta misma tarde ya lo he arreglado yo

Muy buena atención por parte de alejandro el comercial , le hemos comprado un coche y la verdad el chico es súper atento y cualquier cosa que le pides la verdad que el chico se imbolucra , lo recomiendo si estas buscando coche puedes comprarlo desde nuevo a km 0 y la verdad calidad y precio para todos ñps bolsillos
