A few months ago we took our puppy in because she had a series of symptoms. They did a general check up and as she continued to deteriorate she remained at the hospital for a few days and seemed to be getting better, but then took a turn for the worse. It turned out she had distemper, there was really very little to be done, but the entire time they explained what was happening, what we could expect, answered all of our questions and even when the time to say goodbye came they were there for us to go through the difficult moment. I even noticed the personnel was rather upset because they'd been rooting for her. They went far and beyond and their care was more than evident. Thank you for all your help.

Our dog had to be brought to the clinic at a Sunday afternoon. Despite the fact that the personnel was limited to the essentials (one vet and one assistant, who dubbed as secretary and cleaner as well), our dog received immediate experienced attention and help. She had to spend there two night while she was treated and subjected to all the necessary blood exams and even an ultrasound. We appreciated the knowledge and experience of the vet and the time dedicated to explaining to us the situation and options. It is true, that the clinic is expensive, but one gets to pay for the privilege of 24 hours access and the quality of the services provided.

My story with Survet is a real dilemma. They were the only vets who agreed that I would bring to them an injured pigeon my son has found, and that is a positive thing that other clinic in the area should be ashamed for rejecting an injured animal. They were understanding, and tried to do their best. They explained to me the prices for their services. The initial visit was 100 Euro, which is substantially higher than most vets. This price doesn't include other fees that Survet charges for observation, medicine, treatment. Since I brought an injured pigeon who had little chance of surviving, they agreed to charge me only for actual work they will do on the pigeon. That ended up to be 132 Euros, after the refunded me 18 Euros they didn't spend. I'm happy I showed my son that animals need our help, and unfortunately Survet couldn't save the bird, her injuries were too serious. My impression which is based on many visits of many vets in many countries, is that Survet is a prestigious clinic, however, like many other clinic or \vet hospitals\ are not prepared, trained or ready for animals in trauma - at least not for birds. My recommendation to people reading this is if you are considering bringing a found injured animal to a vet, to rather use the internet as a knowledge resource, and try to take care of the animal at your home.

We took our dog there and there are only two things to mention: very expensive (you can get the same test in other 24h hospitals for much less price) and the vets were acted competent (the senior ones) but werent and too inexperienced (the younger ones). We ended up in another vet and we finally got our dog sorted out.

These guys are great vets. No doubt about it. But. This is a really expensive vets. They don’t tell you prices openly before they do stuff. I was there an hour and it cost me 230 euros! They did xrays and tests that I had no idea they were going to do. If you are rich then go ahead. If not. Be careful
