I’ve bought from suit supply stores before. The selection is the same, but what really differs in my experience is the staff. Unwelcoming, inattentive, and overall made me feel unwelcome. It’s a shame because they’re products are really good... but in terms of shopping experience... find another branch or buy it online.

I went to that store hoping to find a jacket and unfortunately they didn't have my size so I had to order it online (I'm not living in Madrid). But I want to give a special thanks to the Madrid team as they were very helpful and answered all my questions, I could try different models and different sizes to make sure that what I would order online would fit perfectly. Thanks again for your help.

The staff was just unfriendly and not even trying to be welcoming. As being director of the hotel I was negatively impressed by this attitude. Hopefully, the manager will take care of the sales assistants, because it is just not nice behaving that way.
