Tried to get an appointment this time around and it's impossible. Ths foreign office is a joke seriously, Nobody who works there can speak in English and they aren't very friendly or helpful too. They should realise how stressful it is for a foreign person here.

This place is pretty much a joke. The Office for Foreigners and no front of house staff speak any other language! I have ended up translating when overhearing people being misunderstood or told the wrong information because the receptionist did not care to properly understand what they were actually asking. If you don't have an appointment (which whenever we have tried to book the website says there are no appointments left), they give you a number and give no indication or estimate as to how long it will be. They just let you sit there for hours and hours on end. We were there for 8 hours in total. Some people there are with their children or pregnant. No extra care given to them. No apology for the wait. As an added laughable bonus, days before the Covid 19 lockdown- No soup anywhere in the bathroom! So no soap in an office that attracts big numbers and people who have just arrived from all over the world.

Buen servicio, buena atención al cliente. Larga espera y es mejor ir con cita o llegar muy temprano. Great service. Everyone is helpful and kind. Long waits so it's better to go with an appointment or just get there early. Expect to spend the day there.

People who work here are so irresponsible. I sent them school enrollment paper, they lost it and claimed that I haven't given, asked me to send it again

If i could give a negative review i would, people working in extranjeria are extremely lazy, wont ever answer a phone call, and will always tell you completely different things as the last time you went. completely useless

IMPOSIBLE coger cita. Es un més que intento sacarmene el NIE. Ya que nunca habían cita decidí ir allí para preguntar y salió que hay citas en la pagina web solo el viernes desde las 9, pero son dos viernes que el sistema no funciona... no son capaces de contestar de forma exhaustiva, sin documentos muchos de nosotros tienen problemas a trabajar (y sobrevivir) pero le da igual no contestar a todas tus preguntas. La posibilidad de coger la cita en una sola hora de un solo día de la semana (y tampoco es de verdad así) es una cosa que se comenta sola.

No atienden NUNCA el teléfono. No hay CITAS los días que te dicen que te metas antes de las 8 AM... Se rien de nosotros. Conseguí mi cita hace dos meses, acudí a realizar mis trámites y hace dos días fui a recoger lo que había hecho, desde la primera vez intento sacar cita para mis hermanos todos los días antes de las 8AM como me dijeron aquella vez y antes de ayer le dijeron a una mujer delante mía que \los viernes antes de las 8 \ Pues aquí estoy... Desde las 5 AM ¡SIN VERGÜENZAS!
