A unique centre for R&D&I and transfer of results The Strategic Consortium of the Centre for Technological Innovation in Building and Civil Engineering (A-CITEEC) is the result of the alliance of the CITEEC and eight research groups from the University of A Coruña. The A-CITEEC aims to improve and intensify research and knowledge transfer in the field of engineering and sustainable construction. Their objective is to promote community well-being, economic development and the optimization of ecosystem services. A-CITEEC's work is based on highly advanced experimental analysis and numerical analysis methodologies. The Strategic Research Consortium is in line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), priorities of the RIS3 Strategy, Spanish Strategy for Science and Technology and Innovation 2013-2020, and with the European Strategy H2020.
