After seeing the long queue for left luggage in BCN Sants I went round the corner to this place to store my case for a couple of hours. There are no staff - it's completely automated via a touch screen but really quick & easy to use. I paid 3.99 for 2 hours which I thought was great value. I didn't see anyone else there when I dropped off & collected my case so I felt like a VIP! If you've used Amazon locker to collect a parcel then this is a very similar experience. Cool fun to use the touch screen & stress-free overall

Edit: The money was refunded after this review. Be carreful! At the end of October, I booked and paid for the storage, but unfortunately the service was not working. I called the telephone number provided and they promised a refund. I wrote three more e-mails, but to this day I have not received any money or an answer.

Got the job done. One guy could speak English to help me Was the only place I could find on Google Maps when the one in the station was closed. Great that they instantly send you a text when you got your storage locker.

Great way to safely store your luggage for a specific amount of time. The process is very straight forward(select how long you want your belongings stowed and enter all relevent info such as phone number and email, pay(by card or cash), a locker will open, insert your items, a code will be emailed and text to you for opening the locker along with what time you need to remove the items by, and finally close the locker to secure you items. Then go enjoy the city! FYI: there is a fee if you are late to picking up your items/if you leave the locker ajar once removing your items.

Arrrived and it was super hot inside, some doors were broken off of lockers.. I put my stuff inside and paid but then quickly realized it was a mistake as my better judgement said no don’t leave your stuff as I realized the doors broken off we’re either because of theft or doors not opening to retrieve your belongings.. nope!!

Good price, conveniently located (a few blocks away from Sants station), very easy to use, fast and no queues. I booked my locker online the previous day and everything worked perfectly. would definitely recommend.

So worthwhile. Made our trip SO much easier. Easy to find right near the station. No queues at all either time. Was really easy to book and retrieve booking. Allowed us to reopen the locker without ending our booking when we forgot to put something in. Great size, pricing, easy to use and very secure. 100% reccomend

Everything worked out perfectly. Very near to Sants station. Only card payment possible, password required for credit cards. In case of doubts, you can call the customer care by pressing a button (they speak English). Steps: select the type of locker, duration your details ( email is very important)and then make the payment. A locker will be opened automatically. Keep the luggage and close it properly ( else they charge huge fine). A code will be sent to your email. Use it to open the locker before the selected time period expires. You can even open the locker in between without affecting th we start and end period ( make sure you select the right option). All the informations are available in English on the screen.
