I went to buy something and wanted to use my discount voucher given to me at my previous purchase as I became a Springfield club menber. I wanted a pair of jeans. They did not have them in stock but could order them. Fine. This purchase was not enough to get to the 45 Euro minimum to get my 12 Euro discount. So, I wanted to buy something else in store and was told that I could not combine order in and store purchases to qualify for the discount. Ok...... Can I have 2 of these jeans then? Answer yes but you will not get discount as it is a promotion item. OK..... Is there anything else in the shop I like, answer no it is all discounted especially if you buy 2 or more. This discount promotion is a total sham. You cannot use it at all. It is time limited to 1 Month and there are sales..... Like me there was another couple in that store who had the same problem. The girls serving me were not interested at all. Hardly sorry about the situation. I crumpled the voucher there and then and chucked it in the bin. Stupid Springfields, you could have made more sales that day. Not impressed and not very likely going back to your stores.
