This is an amendment to the one I posted earlier. I got a lovely apology from the manager based in Manacor and even offered to pay for the delivery of what I couldn't get on the day one of the shops were closed. Apart from that one experience, every time we visit any of the Hipic stores, we do get a nice warm welcome, especially Inca and Manacor because they don't mind trying to speak English for us, which is helpful when it gets \horsey technical\, if they don't have what you're looking for in that particular shop, they will call the others to see if it is in stock. Also they are very helpful with advice and are very knowledgeable about their products. I also find the prices are very reasonable, I bought some breeches recently for only 23 euros, they are so comfortable and wash really well, love them to bits! Everything we have bought there has been of a good quality, we particularly like the English synthetic saddle we bought a few months ago complete with saddle pad, etc, a fabulous price and our horse Bronte loves it! So thank you! x

Visited the other shop in Palma, were told that the shop in Inca had what we wanted, we said we would go today, they never warned us it was shut, a wasted journey, poor customer service
