My Jessie hasn't had a proper pampering for a while and when I collected her she was very happy as she was very clean and with all that dead hear gone! My sofa certainly agrees! This was a suggestion from a new friend in Barcelona and it certainly was an excellent service, very friendly and professional, I feel Jessie was really well looked after. Looking forward to the next pampering session, thanks guys!

I highly recommend Ponlo Xulo for the very attentive and professional knowledge and care they gave my adorable Shuh Tzu, Robbie. He was very happy when I picked him up and they kindly kept him a few hours after his grooming. Robbie looks forward to returning soon, they also have yummy healthy snacks!!!

They are amazing!! I can’t say enough good things. I just recently adopted my yorkie Simon and they took such good care of him. They showed him a lot of love and he seemed very comfortable. What a relief! Simon looks so handsome too!

Our Doodle is a sweet boy but he can be soo dramatic. He was completely matted and while he is a happy boy the groomers scare him a lot, and he becomes uncooperative. I Left him in the hands of Ponlo Xulo and he looks so great and was happy when I picked him up. They speak English really well and we’re able to communicate with our dog who only speaks English lol! They are patient and go at the pace the dog needs to feel comfortable. The best part was I received cute pictures during his grooming and was made to feel safe. We’ve tried other groomers and they are no where close to the professionalism and kindness that is Ponlo Xulo. You will not regret your decision to try them out.

Incredible experience. They are so friendly and you can definitely tell how much they love animals. The space is very clean and nice. They take photos of your furry pet which I love! My puppy looked so happy and didn’t want to leave. Thank you so much. We definitely will be back.
