I had many change of plans due to lockdown, Brexit and personal circumstances but without any fuss they were very accommodating with all my arrangements. Lads seem very helpful and professional first time I used them. The second time I used them it was my fault I couldn’t find a key to a window. They left me with a worktop blocking a pathway , when asked they wouldn’t return to move it. 60 euros for hour and half’s work seems a bit steep. I had no option. Don’t think I would use them in the future. Couldn’t recommend them.
Lee took my ebike battery & mtb parts from Spain to Uk, live location stream the whole route and spot on timing! Very professional and excellent communication. Would recommend them to ship the whole bike rather than flying.
