Amazing service!! With no doubts I would recomend this to everyone. We hired a small boat (no license needed) and it couldn't be easier. The lady who attend us was so helpful from the very beginning until the end. And we had such a great day. I will repeat for sure!

We had a fantastic experience with Eric boats for a hen party! The booking process was easy and relaxed - amazing communication and friendly service (even signed off with hugs!). The boat ride was so much fun and they even provided an icebox, cups and the cava was a nice touch! Highly recommended!
My husband and I booked with this company because of the great reviews. We are avid travellers and have travelled to over 25 counties doing excursions and day trips such as this. We joined another couple we know, including our children ages 3 and 5. We emailed Maite more than once to set up an itinerary that would best fit our kids and families. We were PROMISED stops with inlets and beaches for the little ones. When our day came, we were met by staff and a skipper who had no idea and was not informed of our specific needs or itinerary. We left 20 mins late and were taken out on sea with no plans. We stopped at one extremely rough swimming spot and tried our best to communicate with our skipper where we wanted to go. We had to call in twice during our trip to see if we were going to any of the promised spots. After 2 hours we had a crying toddler and 5 year old. We asked to go back early. We arrived back and voiced our concerns and let me tell you no one cared. They had 600 of our Canadian dollars and did not care to listen to our concerns and disappointment. We got nothing we were promised and are so disappointed that people would not try to find a solution or care that two young families lost our hard earned money and vacation memories with an awful day

DO NOT book with Eric Boats. I have travelled to over 25 countries and used many different excursion/tour operators. This company is about one thing, your hard earned money. Late start to our rental and a skipper who didn't stop or take us anywhere we asked. I spoke with Eric himself after the terrible experience on the boat and he just laughed saying “You already paid for the tour so nothing I can do”. Even knowing we had kids on the boat. He could care less. I had booked Eric motors based on the previous reviews, but trust me when I say it's not worth it rolling the dice with this company. They only have 30 plus reviews and after my experience it makes me think they created a few emails to inflate the google reviews.
