I have no memory what bad thing was happened before. I'm proud of our relationship and believe we can last present connection forever. Finally, our knives are hand-made forged and super sharp. I bought more than 200 of products from this shop and back home I found out on the internet that the price I paid was almost 2 vs normal for all main articles and 6 for an accessory (26 vs 4.5 in Amazon...!). This is theft. Shameful.

I highly recommend this wonderful specialized shop in Madrid, Cuchillerias Simon, not only for their amazing assortment but also for their service. Years ago I just happened to come across the shop during a visit to Madrid and bought a gift for my husband (the cook of the family), a pair of beautiful and rather costly Japanese kitchen tweezers. After an event at our house they had somehow disappeared and he was distraught. Fortunately I had saved the address of Cuchillería Simon in my phone - that's how special I thought the shop was - and was able to contact them to order new ones. The owner went to no end of trouble to send them to us - and my husband is happy again! Thank you Mr Simon!
