Good place a particular favourite of a friend. The cachopo was rather excellent!
THE only original authentic place in Gascona. Maybe not gourmet cuisine, but better than most of the rest and the atmosphere makes up for any other shortcomings
Tortas was very good , chiorzo and apple on corn tortilla. And a variation on fabada, with clams! Just deliscious. Very nice happy staff. Not cheap, worth every euro.
Great customer service. Upon entering this place on a very busy Sunday lunch time, we were treated very well. The waiter we had was exceptional, knowledgeable, friendly, and very funny. We were shown to a table downstairs which was more cosy than sitting upstairs with the maddening crowds. The meal we had was shared and recommended by the waiter. It came out in good time and was of very good quality. We were not rushed and we often asked if everything was to our liking. I would recommend this place to anyone who is visiting the city. Try to get a table downstairs as it is far quieter and not as busy as upstairs.

Hi, conscious traveller, this is a Tourist trap. You've been warned. Terrastur, up the road, is also touristy and a bit pricier - but at least food's bit more decent (you're in calle Gascona, so no surprise).
