My husband spent 9 days in this hospital as we didn't speak Spanish the only way we could communicate was an app on our phone. The doctors showed my husband kindness and respect. As for some of the nurses they should look at doing a different job , because nursing is differently not for them. They were down right rude .

Everything was extremely confusing, and I was never told that there was a problem with my insurance before being seen...only afterwards. When I called to clear things up, the lady who talked to me barely let me speak and left all of my confusion unresolved. I also didn't get sufficient help and ended up having to be seen by a different doctor who was able to help me.

Tuve a mi bebé allí, tuve buena atención desde el día 20/06/20 a 25/06/20 . Lo único que la gestión de los papeles penoso ... Unos se pasaban la pelota a otros, mi marido tuvo que bajar y subir por lo menos 3 veces sin exagerar hasta que habló con la directora que lleva el tema y por fin le dieron los papeles (después de 1 hora )

Tengo a mi madre con 89 años que padece múltiples dolencias, lo último rotura de femur. Ha sido tratada con auténtica dedicación, cuán ha habido q ir a revisión y consulta, la coordinación de ambulancias, consulta y resultados ha sido máxima, en un tiempo mínimo y sin tiempos muertos. Estoy impresionado de lo eficientes q fueron. MUCHAS GRACIAS Y BENDITOS SEAN

Hay una gran cantidad de profesionales que saben hacer su trabajo y saber estar en su sitio, ayudan en todo lo que pueden al enfermo y al familiar que lo acompaña, todo el personal se merecen un diez en grande, desde el primero hasta el último, es una maravilla de hospital.
