Salvador Rojo has become a classic in the tapas high end niche in Sevilla. It is a balanced offer of service, quality and cost. May be because I'm getting older or the offer in the segment has grown so much that it's difficult to find a place that really seduce the customer with a challenging approach. So it's this place, a great place to go but for the experienced customer don't expect a revolution. Said that I DO RECOMMEND THAT YOU TRY IT and experience a nice evening in this place. Have fun and enjoy.

Our group of eight dropped in for a late lunch. First and second courses were universally excellent. Large portions so they can be shared if your appetite is not large. Good selection of wines as well.
Food was amazing and quantity was generous. Only thing I suggest is food to be hotter than room temperature.

Restaurante de diseño muy a la mano del bolsillo. Menú degustación con maridaje estupendo y a muy buen precio. El menú se compone de seis platos y seis copas de vino de diferentes tipos. Aunque en verdad el restaurante está en una zona apartada de lugares de ambiente. Buenas calidad y buena atención. Recomendable cien por cien.
