If you are international couple stay away from this wedding planner ! You will get screwed and not get any of your deposits back . So far they owe us 510 in deposits we will never see !Read my review carefully. It will be worth your time. Don’t fall for their Instagram and reviews. They may deliver a good final result but at the cost of your sanity. Basically the owner Asunta will sign you on and get the contract done but then pass you off to her less experienced staff, who will make mistakes in translation and when they mess up she steps back in and says “it is what it is and we are doing a favor translating for you so you can get invoices in spanish from now on” And they tell you and threaten you 2 weeks before the wedding don’t complain and pay what we say or we won’t work with you. They say we need to feel good and have a good vibe.Well apparently they don’t understand that wedding planner are suppose to make the couple feel at ease. They did 100% the opposite. Half of the estimates they gave us were changed by a lot , not a few euros like 1500 here and 600 here and 700 there and they added 360 deposit here and made us pay for wire fees charged by vendors banks not even out banks !They did not save us a penny with any vendors. The entire time I felt under duress from them , they added so much stress to the wedding! Instead of helping alleviate stress they just bullied us into doing last minute things days before the wedding only and only because they delayed everything so much ! Granted things looked good at end but they charge us full service fee even though they didn’t come to brunch or welcome dinner which is the service we paid for. They left the wedding early , The late-night snacks we paid for were served when all the guests were left the cake wasn’t served it was a mess. Bottom line don’t use them .

Terrible service - emailed and called multiple times but they never responded quickly, we would be waiting days for a response. Even when they did respond, they were extreme rude to us. We've messaged other wedding planners in Seville who have had a much more professional response, stay away from these unless you like being ignored!
