It’s a good and very much recommended hotel. However it’s not five stars. The breakfast is good but not world class. Also parts of the hotel were way to cold. I understand it’s in order to save the energy bill. Staff and overall experience was very pleasant.

This is a wonderful hotel. The room was excellent. Modern and bright with all the extras. The hotel is also a conference centre and is vast but you'll find the short cuts. There's a heated indoor/outdoor pool, a kid's pool and a larger outdoor pool. The pool bar opens from 11-18.00, and serves the basics, pizza etc. The gym is very modern and functional. The staff are top class and all very helpful and attentive. Drinks and food are suprisingly well priced for a 5 star hotel. It's a 15 minute walk into town or a quick cab ride.

Not far from the center. Wide spaces, large rooms, very friendly and efficient staff (especially Nuria, the concierge). Nice indoor and outdoor pools. 200 mt from the Aqua Magica amusement park. Great buffet breakfast.

I was very happy with my stay. The bed was comfortable and we had a bathtub. We stayed here for the Marathon. It was really awesome that the shuttle is right in front of the hotel. When we arrived we found out that Pedro Sanchez the prime minister of Spain had a meeting here. Kind of cool knowing that.

It was clean, spaciously but a bit far to get in to the Center...I think that for the price given, they should no charge for parking space. Food and drinks were a bit overpriced....

Check in was not overly friendly. Swimming pool attendant was not overly friendly. Room and hotel were clean. Pool needs a good scrub.

What a lovely hotel with really friendly staff. Large quiet room and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was incredible with a huge selection and set us up for a long day of sightseeing. Concierge provided great tips on how to spend the weekend in Seville including booking a flamenco performance for us as Museo del baile flamenco.We hired bikes from the hotel and very good cycle routes into the centre (approx 15 mins). It was nice to finish the day going for a swim in the heated indoor and outdoor pool! Really recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to be a few minutes out of the centre and have truly relaxing break. Oh, the weather was really warm and sunny in early December and that was totally unexpected!
