Well the technician is a genius. My laptop had a mechanical problem and every other place I went to either had no idea how to fix it or offered weird solutions that included literally screwing up the laptop, making holes in it, etc. These guys solved the problem with a reasonable price (lower than any other place I went to), I had the laptop exactly when they promised to (in a couple of days) and my laptop now looks the same, if not better, than when I bought it. Don’t hesitate to use their service. They are the best in Valencia.

They could not identify the problem with my PC (it was a fried motherboard) even though they kept it for almost a week without keeping me updated. On the other hand, they didn't invalidate the warranty or erase my data, and they didn't charge me anything. So I can't vouch for their competence but I can say they're honest.

Tuve un problema con la configuracion de mi portatil. Lo habia llevado ya a una tienda donde no consiguieron solucionarlo despues de una semana. Asi que busque otro sitio, lo traje aqui y en 5minutos me lo resolvieron. Ademas no me quisieron cobrar nada. Muchas gracias!

¡Encantado!, después de 2 días con la pantalla del iPhone rota y casi sin poder trabajar, escuche hablar de esta empresa a un compañero y me decidí ir. Diagnosticaron mi móvil para explicarme la reparación con su presupuesto, comparé con otros precios de otras tiendas y me pareció más que correcto.
