They got the job done, but the two employees behind the windows (paperwork and payment) were extremely rude, inefficient and not helpful at all. As the first impression of a future trip to China that many people will get, a very negative one. The security guard, on the other hand, was nice, helpful and cheery. Thanks a lot to him for doing the job the other guys did not do!

La verdad que la atención Super genial. No te hacen perder el tiempo, como tu tampoco a ellos. Son cordiales y directos con el trámite... No esperes un trato como si fueses a la seguridad social o que se pongan a contarte chismes... Van a lo que vas.. Si pudiese resumir el trámite sería en. Eficiencia. Sin más... Gracias por todo.

Ha sido rápido y eficiente. La cita previa funciona, y hecho mi gestión de solicitar el visado en 10 minutos. Además el hombre me ha asesorado rápidamente y me ha dicho muy rápidamente lo que podía y no podía sacar. No son simpáticos pero son muy eficientes. Que es lo que yo quiero cuando voy a hacer este tipo de trámites. Si en mucho sitios españoles fueran la mitad como este sitio, nos iría mejor.

Creo que debería haber un poco más de respecto por nosotros que necesitamos de información de visados. Después de diversos intentos de 1 hora, hoy después de 2 horas en espera al telefono, me contesta una persona super mal educada que al final no me ha sabido ayudar con mis dudas! No entiendo como un servício de visado puede funcionar tan mal!

La atención es buena, responden a las dudas que tengas a la hora de tramitar la solicitud. Te dan facilidad de imprimir formularios en recepción.
