The company cant find the address even i could as a tourist when i first time arrived here. Unbeliveable that a company that has only one function and cant deliver is still up and running.

If you wish to keep your sanity DO NOT USE this courier company , possibly the worst courier in Spain. Drivers lie about trying to deliver making excuses as no-one is home, wrong address. Eventually you will receive your parcel around 2 weeks late after a lot of fighting with the company
Terrible service. The track number showed me my parcel arrived two days ago to their warehouse but after two days I'm still waiting. They didn't answer my email. I'm coming from London where courier companies are so solvent and much more efficient. I know the situation now is tough but comunication is the key in this circumstances.
Literally the worst courier company I've had the displeasure to use. Their drivers outright lie when they cannot find addresses simply claiming nobody is home (yet I have video evidence to show this is not the case). They are inept at finding addresses that have been around for 40 years. They never turned up or even bothered to try finding my address! I even gave them my mobile number to call me if they had trouble, yet they told me the driver was "under no obligation to make phone calls to find addresses even though they were provided in my details". They do not reply to phone calls. Their local offices have no phone numbers to call. They are just utterly incompetent and useless. It took legal threats to finally get my items delivered. This company claim to be medical courier experts. Pray your hospital never uses them as you'll be long dead before your medical supplies arrive. Avoid these people like the plague and read the other reviews. They speak volumes.

The worst service you can imagine
Desde hace una semana estoy esperando un paquete y cuando contacto con la empresa me dicen que el paquete se entregó en mano cuando es mentira, nunca llegó. Encima llevo dos días de llamadas para ver que ha pasado y la única respuesta es que el repartidor se pasaría por mi casa para ver qué pasó, llevo toda la mañana esperando a que venga y ahora me dice que vendrá por la tarde. Pésimo servicio. Son poco profesionales, y por lo visto no soy la primera a la que le pasa esto con esta "empresa". Fatal. Ahora a ver si recupero mi paquete...
Son unos granujas. El negocio redondo, una empresa de reparto que no reparte. Todo beneficio servicios más mercancía gratis. No soy el único ni es culpa del covid-19.
