I can't say enough great things about this place. It's just fantastic! It's exactly what a neighborhood bike shop should be. Extremely pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable staff always points you in the right direction, and doesn't try to sell you things that you don't need. Inexpensive and high quality. Everything that you might need supplied with expertise and a smile. I'll never spend money at another bike shop... Ever. Visit the shop, you won't regret it!

The chain of my bike tore already 2 times. It happened when no bike stores were in sight. The problem is that the gears were so old and used that the chain will spring from one gear to another if you put force into the pedal. If the chain springs between the first gear and the frame you will break it by putting further force into the pedal. This really spoiled my holidays. If they sell old, used bikes they should tell you about it and give you an alternative. In another bike shop they showed me that it can easily tested by putting force on the pedal while it stands and if the chain springs it is broken. The bikes come without any accessoires and you have to buy everything else. The best is if you bring it from home like: Lamps, splash guard, porter for your luggadge, porter for a flask, ...... I really can't recomend this shop.
Muy buen servicio, bicicletas de nivel y un taller eficiente
Pocas ganas de vender. Fuimos el otro día a comprar una bicicleta, con dinero en mano, lo malo de estos dias es que hay poco stock en todos los sitios. Menos ayudar a encontrar una bici cualquier cosa, su propuesta era q iria a la tienda todos los dias a ver si habia algo. Vivo a 50km de Pamplona, y le comenté que eso no era posble, a ver si podia avisarme cuando le entrara algo que me valiese, pues nada, me dijo que cogiera yo una tarjeta y le fuera llamando por teléfono todos los dias, ni siquera se dignaba a darnos el la tarjeta.. pues aleeeeee te has quedado sin nada, me pase por Forum y por muy poco mas con una oferta cojonuda me compre una BH NUEVA! Poca profesionalidad, perdieron una venta segura y yo aproveche el viaje y me compre una NUEVA!
Creo que no han estado muy acertados en la gestión , posiblemente ante el alud de solicitudes de arreglo de bicis por la subvención del Gobierno de Navarra. Pedí cita previa y cuando acudí con la bicicleta le pregunté si estaba dentro del plazo para pedir la subvención, pues ya me imaginaba que se iba a agotar rápido, y me dijo que sí. Estaba el 27 de 80, y por segunda vez le insistí en ello, reiterando la afirmación. Al día siguiente recibí la llamada de que estaba reparada y acudí con el impreso rellenado y cual fue mi sorpresa, cuando me dijo que se había agotado el presupuesto, me harían un 15% de descuento de coste de la reparación. Opino que antes de arreglarlo se deberían haber puesto en contacto conmigo y preguntarme si seguía interesado en la reparación, por todo ello dudo si volveré a solicitar sus servicios.
Pues mira me cambiaste las pastillas de mi cube ace unos meses,y todo bien muy amable pero al segundo dia se me callo una de las pastillas y me quede sin freno,la pastilla lleva un agujero para un pasador que no fue pasado y quedo libre y se callo,fui ala tienda estaba cerrada porque era ala tarde y ya no volví a ir.La verda que no paso nada pero hay que tener mas cuidado con esas cosas.
