I held a virtual cocktail masterclass with Southside Bars. It was fantastic, great fun, very well structured, informative and easy to follow. Steve was a fantastic host and really ensured we were looked after. We even had people over in New Zealand making cocktails whilst we were in the UK. A great "zero" birthday celebration even in lockdown.
We absolutely loved this! It was for my mum's 70th birthday and she had the best time, as did the rest of us. Steve was so patient and accommodating, managing us all on different screens. The prep guidance given beforehand is so helpful and just a really well organised experience. Thanks for making my mum's birthday so special. High recommended!
My friends and I enjoyed a fantastic birthday celebration on Saturday night, with a Virtual Cocktail Masterclass, and Eduardo. Eduardo guided us through making our three cocktails in a fun and entertaining manner, and I have to say, we made an excellent choice with our cocktails - they were all delicious. And, after the session, we received the recipes so that we can make them again. The whole booking process, from start to finish, was really easy and Steve was very prompt in replying to my enquiring emails. We had a great time and would definitely recommend Southside Bars
Steve was a great host. He was knowledgeable and fun and patient with us fetching ingredients and giggling!. He really interacted with us and personalized our experience. He told stories about the cocktails and drew us into the world of a mixologist. Would definitely recommend him to others.
Absolutely brilliant night. Steve was a great host and even better mixologist. We had a fantastic night learning to mix and drink cocktails. I would thoroughly recommend this experience for a great night with friends in this lock down way of living.
Booked the private class for a lockdown birthday and it was fab. Steve was great, the cocktails were so nice and the class was really good value for money! We chose to get the ingredients ourselves and appreciated that we weren’t expected to have all the kit. Using a nutri bullet cup as a shaker worked fine . Highly recommend!
What a great experience! We were looking for something fun to do when our daughters came to Uruguay to spend Christmas with us and found this by chance. It turned out so well! We learnt how to make three cocktails, as well as the basics of cocktail making and terms. Steve was an excellent teacher, with very clear instructions and great tips, as well as making it all great fun. The cocktails were delicious and we have since repeated them all very successfully. Thank you!
