The experience was good Found what I wanted and the cashier was friendly (made a change from previous vist) On the experience of the store I give 5 stars At that time On the experience of once they had my money and had an issue I give 2 stars as not the service I would expect from a massive chain The only issue is the product stopped Working after 2 month's It had a 2 year warranty so that's ok But the shop would only send it off to Samsung to be fixed So now I am wondering if I should have gone to an independent retailer who would have just changed it Lesson learnt I suppose for the future

Even so it's a good place to buy a phone and you get some help from the staff. I,ll get irritated if I have to wait in line for almost 15 min. With only 1 cash open. ?
