I was in a pinch as the original rental car we were going with didn't save the type of vehicle I requested. I saw the Hertz name and thought I would see if they hopefully have a car available today at a reasonable price. Sara at the Hertz desk in the Ibiza airport did an amazing job taking care of me and taking the stress off my shoulders by providing a great car as a reasonable price. Thank you Hertz and Sara!!

Great! We booked a car with "OK Car Rental" but they turned out to be useless, so headed back to the airport and chose Hertz. Within 15 minutes we had booked a Mercedes A Class which was in great condition. No problems at all. Drop off was easy too. Very happy.

Car was outstanding - for the high costs of Hertz obviously, however watch out when you do your booking and providing hours! The hours taken very seriously and instead using them up to ease up logistics with their cars, Hertz uses the hours precisly to charge you an extra day when you are delivering the car over 29 (!) minutes! I was under the belief that the entire day I paid for the car so I am all OK until midnight, however, not really. What was even more disappointing that despite we returned the car in perfect conditions, full tank etc as agreed the agent was telling me 'All OK' and not informing me about any delay and extra charge. They make the entire rental look ridiciolous and disappointing for no obvious reason.
We had a great experience with Hertz, surprised to read a these negative reviews. We also checked our car and went through all the reported dents/scratches. Also made some photos ourselves, which I can recommend everybody to do when encountering this system. Anyways, the employees where very friendly to us and had a professional answer to every question.

La empleada muy muy amable. Nos dio un montón de facilidades para alquilar un coche en el momento. Goldcar nos había dejado tirados en el aeropuerto y ella nos facilitó y aconsejó como solucionarlo a pesar que ya era hora de echar la persiana. Muchísimas gracias por todo!!
