The vets are kind and caring. I recently had to have my precious dog put to sleep and the kindness from everyone was overwhelming. Also the cost of veterinary treatment is very reasonable. There is a grooming parlour there too which is excellent.

In a busy day i take the time to go buy what i need for my 2 dogs, i’ve been waiting for that for the last 3 weeks as i have a 3 month old puppy, i just needed her to have a look in both they health book to see if they needed anything so that I could book an Appointment and buy the rest. The girl was on helpful, asking me to come an other day! Like really? And added that “she doesnt have time”!!! Very unprofessional

A Lady y a mi nos encanta Sanitos (kivet) Muy profesionales, atentas y simpáticas. Un trato muy cercano, quieren a tu mascota como si fuera suya. No vivimos al lado pero el trato hacia a mi mascota y hacia mi vale la pena moverse un poco más

No me han dejado devolver un producto que había comprado esta mañana, por si no se han enterado existen protocolos para que los comercios puedan aceptar devoluciones guardando cuarentena o desinfecta solos, pero lo fácil es no dar servicio al cliente y ya cogerán la devolución cuando pase la pandemia. En fin no vuelvo más!

Me han vendido un plan anual para animal exótico que incluye varias consultas y resulta que no tienen veterinario de exóticos, de lo cual no me han informado hasta que no he necesitado un experto, y por supuesto me tocó irme a otro y pagar la consulta.
