My experience is really unbelieveable : an unfriendly and aggressive mechanic did not discuss with me about the fact that he had choosen the wrong part which I did not order. I needed to come twice because the works where not totally finished, the mechanic : It does not matter only 1/2 hour one way, but it took 1 1/2 hours for me. Fortunately there are other friendly and competently bicycle dealers on Ibiza. Avoid this dealer in San Rafel !!!

Not only unfriendly mechanic but also very bad work. In spite of new parts both chainrings, chain and new cassette (not the one I have ordered)and shift cables gear shift not correctly adjusted, the chain does not jump on the small chainring and the former problems are still existing. Really unsatisfactory. And finally an answer to Sen. Tomas Arcas Garcia : The true story is the following, the person above has been asked by the shop to give an answer.... I visited Pilot bikes together with my wife to ask for a price for a new Pinarello bike. I think it is not necessary to make an appointment to buy a bike for more than 5.000,--!!! I wanted to trade in my STORCK bike and asked to adjust the gear shift. I left the bike in the shop and they tried to adjust it. In the afternoon they told me, that it is neccessary to change different parts and I thought it over to bring parts from Germany from my stock or original parts from STORCK. On saturday I decided to start the repair by Pilot Bikes. ONE SHALL TELL THE TRUTH !!!! DO NOT INSULT YOUR CUSTOMER !!! A REALLY UNBELIEVEABLE STORY !!!
Very nice Staff with good tipps for an island bike trip. We had a great time with high quality mountainbikes.
quality shop, good vibe, REAL helpful!!! even with me speaking zero spanish! would't have been able to ride my bike all holiday of it was't for these guys! loads of rad gear in there aswel!
