Our room was cosy, clean and lovely, with a view of the small square/park below (see attached photo). The staff was kind and attentive. The location couldn't be more perfect, with Plaza Mayor round the corner.

Little boutique hotel in city center, close to the plaza and many restaurants. Easy walk to the Salamanca University. Super friendly staff. Rooms are very small but smartly designed and highly functional. My family of four stayed in the two bathroom unit and I like the bunk beds. Nice top level club room. Breakfast is not bad.

Bad covid 19 policy and management. Not catering for people's need. As we all know everyone is struggling through covid, they could've manage it better for everyone.
