We've known the Innovacasa team for years, ever since we sold our flat and bought a house ten years ago. At that time they did a great job and impressed us with their competence and positive attitude. Now we've just bought another property, in a purchase that was fraught with potential difficulties (a non resident seller, Covid restrictions etc) but which they always went the extra mile to find solutions for. And for those who don't speak Spanish they can provide services in English. Highly recommended!

I can highly recommend this estate agent. In 2015 we bought our new house through them. They took care of all the details, paperwork and they even took charge of details such as the electricity and water supply changes. Everything was clearly explained and there were no last-minute surprises. The whole process went through without a hitch. At the same time we put our flat for sale with them and within a couple of months we had sold it, again with no problems. A very profesional service by some very nice people.
