Ordered a NEW 3008 GT line. I was given a 1 month delivery date that went into 6 weeks. Speaking to Maria, I only new the car was ready to be collected due to me calling them for an update. I was told I had to make an appointment to collect the car as it has to be prepared. When I asked what times were available I was given an option of an appointment in 7 days or 10 onwards!!! When I told Maria that I was self employed and I needed the car for work so 7 to 10 days to prepare a car was unacceptable... she gave of a sniggering laugh and said ight\! After my situation was laughed at the inccedent was reported to management and I was told I would get a call by a director. 3 months on and i have received no such call. Totally unacceptable behaviour towards a new customer collecting a new 40,000 car. I shall never deal with this Peugeot again once the warranty has expired.

One star for the main area. 5 stars for the area of Recambio. I spent 25 minutes waiting in the main Peugeot area, and I counted 9 members of staff that walked past mr, looked me up and down without attending me. The attitude was horrible, and especially by the Atencion Al Cliente man. They all believed themselves to be Bentley Salesmen with the arrogance they had. However then had to go to Recambios and was attended by a very friendly gentleman. Peugeot, your staff are rude, unhelpful and arrogant. Get the chip off your shoulder.
