Great food, very nice staff. Some comments suggest the staff are not attentive. I would completely disagree and would suggest this is more a product of the difficult situation restaurants in madrid find themselves in at the moment where they must operate with very strict conditions, and for limited hours. The food in this restaurant is extremely good. I shared the almejas, a tomato/ ventresca salad, and for mains we had fabada and merluza. The fabada needs no description. It is excellent. For desert, the arroz con leche is perfect. I would go to this restaurant as often as I could.
