Traveling in Santiago for business from the U.S. and staying at the Palacio del Carmen. One thing I noticed on my first day here is that dinner time is not at 6 or 7 but past 9 PM. The restaurant was not open until 9 and even then there was no one there. The meal I had was the \Paseo de Galicia\ which let me try a variety of dishes. Every dish was seasoned perfectly and tasted great. My favorite dish was the brocheta de pulpo ( In layman's terms Octopus on a stick). The dessert was also very appetizing and for my first meal in Galicia I think I am off to a great start. If looking for a meal near the hotel I really recommend this place.
