Am suprised by some of the other reviews: my experience last July at this place has been very nice: the location is great (in one of the fanciest area of Barcelona), connections to the transport system excellent (bus stop a few meters from the door) and the building is beautiful. The residence is a located in a huge bourgeois (ex)appartment, which rooms have been redistributed. I was allocated in a large sunny bedroom with a balcony and all the needed furniture and cloth. Study room, Dinning room, TV room, living room (as well as bathrooms and laundry room) are shared spacious spaces, well equiped and clean (daily service). The only drawback, to me, was street noise (trafic during the day and people enjoying the streets at night) but windows have double glazing and this is... central Barcelona! One more thing I will not forget: the ladies in charge were there for the students and available to chat of for any type of request (I hurt my foot badly in the city, I could not walk and one of them gave me a pair of her sandals so I could stand up properly...). In the end: a fine place at a very competitive rate. Thanks to you all, kind ladies, who made my stay in BCN so lovely and enjoyable! :0)

Te dan 5 por dos libros... casi los regalas. Super mal educados.
El servicio es nefasto, todo muy sucio para lo que se paga. Si estás pensando en venirte a aquí, ve preparando una acitud muy positiva por que se van a reír en tu cara. La comida destaca por el uso industrial de aceite, y su mala calidad. Convivirás con un sinfín de bichos, entre ellos cucarachas por las bandejas de las comidas y pelusas de pelo del tamaño de una cabeza humana. El propietario jamás se pasa por la residencia, ni siquiera a recibir a los nuevos huéspedes ya que le viene a importar poco o nada el estado de su residencia. Disponen de fibra óptica que funciona de cuando en vez, al igual que la televisión. Solo recomiendo venir en caso de ultimísima opción.
El personal debería abstenerse de participar en la vida privada de los residentes, meramente a su trabajo como profesional.
