For me this is an average refuge. The main room is very beautiful, with the chimney and this stuff. Some of the not used furniture (there in the dinning room) had a lot of dust, so be careful what you touch... At the bedroom there is place for 15 to 20 people. In one room sleep 15 people, in a three-flat bunk bed with 5 places on each flat. If you go there and it's crowded, remember to bring your ear plugs. Also a blanket or something like this is great to have, cause although the bed clothes were clean, one of us woke up with some bites from some weird bugs in the face (maybe related with the pillow). The dinner they give is at 19:30h, and were four dishes: salad, soup, chicken and desert. We thought that dinner was great. And the breakfast is at 07:00h, all people at the same time. Expect a dish with bread with cheese and ham, coffee, biscuits and marmalade; all bought and processed. Could be very interesting to have local products. Then there are only two showers. Agreeing with them, they tell you to minimize the waste of hot water, as all in the refuge like to shower with hot water. We think that is expensive for all we had there, and the state of the refuge, that could be much better, quite old and not maintained at all. Also we got there at low season, the cable car was not installed yet, so it was not crowded.

On top of La Tossa d'Alp, this cozy restaurant is a shelter for skiers in winter and hikers in summer. Recently (2020) the gondola (Telecabina) can get you up to the shelter, so a lot of visitors get up there! (can get a bit crowded!)

Great views from the top. Also a place to have a beverage and rest a bit before continuing.

It has been a quite place for mountain skiing as was close to the ski resort but not linked to it. This year the gondola has been extended to the entry, so is crowdy and has missed the peace but still have a great view. Yoh can see Montserrat, el Cadí, Pedraforca, Puigmal and other mountains also Tibidabo on clear days.
