This review concerns the Raza Nostra at San Miguel Market: As a true Rib-Eye lover it's sometimes hard to find the good stuff. Well, don't look any further when in Madrid! This lovely market, San Miguel, houses \Meating Point by Raza Nostra\ and man, what a gem indeed! They serve Rib-Eyes cut from the wonderful and high quality Rubia Gallega, a breed of cattle from the Galicia region. We ordered our fresh piece from the butcher and a Lady Chef with pink hair showed some extraordinary grilling skills preparing this beef for us. It looked like she was putting all her love into this piece of meat we've just ordered! From grilling to cutting, everything she did was just perfect! The Rib-Eye was served just as we've ordered and accompanied with Padrón Peppers, Grilled Potatoes and lovely little Quail Eggs. By far, the best Rib-Eye I've had for a very long time! Shame I don't live in Madrid because every Rib-Eye I will have from now on, will probably be a disappointment! Well done, Raza Nostra!

Estupenda carnicería en el Mercado de Chamartín. Si no quieres fallar al comprar tu carne de ternera esta es tu opción. Muy buen servicio con gran conocimiento del producto y simpatía

Soy de Salamanca y no he ido nunca, lo que pasa es que cada vez que busco los chuletones de kobe me Salta la Raza Nostra y se me hace la boca agua. Con esto no quiero decir que no haya buenas carnicerías en Salamanca, que las hay y muy buenas o mejores, pero me salta esta y me ilusiono al ver esa carne.

Cerca de mi anterior oficina de trabajo era un sitio ideal dentro del mercado para acudir, coger una buena hamburguesa de excelente calidad, y poder prepararla en casa de manera muy rápida a un precio final muy asequible. Gran variedad de carnes para todos los gustos. El servicio es excelente, explicándote con todo detalle las clases que hay y recomendándote en función de tus gustos.

Todo el mundo viene por las hamburguesas, con razón, aunque el tema está un poco sobrevalorado y pasado de precio. Pero lo increíble de verdad son las carnes. Si no es la mejor carnicería de Madrid tiene que estar entre las mejores. Productos increíbles y difíciles de conseguir en otros sitios. La calidad hay que pagarla, eso sí...
