I had already twice the relaxing massage. Massage was good and relaxing. I came with couple of pains that have been treated by the therapist on a very efficient manner. Place was clean and nice. Therapist was also nice and professional. Really fair price for the service received.

Had a deluxe manicure with shellac, 35 EUR. Included filing, cuticle removal, nail polish and massage. The massage lasted about 30 secs on each hand so shouldn't be listed as massage included. Whole thing took 25 min. Manicurist explained the difference between basic and deluxe manicure before starting (which ended up being only cuticles) Result is just ok, a little sloppy. Didn't feel welcome by the girl doing the manicure, indifferent to the point I was unsure if card payment was ok as she just looked the other way talking to her colleagues when giving me a receipt (no thanks and bye as I would normally expect) Would not return.
Took the relaxing massage. Massage was good and relaxing just as described. Place was clean and nice. Staff was nice too. Felt good just to relax and get a good massage after going on a hike. Prices was good and better than the other massageplaces. Good experience. Would recomend.

I WILL NOT be changing my rating, despite your accusations. I don't appreciate you accusing me of giving you 2 stars, in order to \help other companies \ this is absurd. I didn't review any other places in Puerto Rico, so how you have concluded that my rating is supporting your competition is farcical. There's nothing to go on. The lady was very friendly, the rating not being higher was actually due to your attitude. I merely left a star rating, which resulted in you trying to find out who I am and pressure me to change it. I feel I now have me no option but to express to others if they are leaving a rating that's not 5 stars, they may be in for a (not so freindly) response from yourself. Everybody thinks their company is great. Not allowing people to express what wasn't so enjoyable about their experiences doesn't allow room for improvement in my opinion. There's room for improvement with the majority of companies regardless of the expertise. I feel you should be more open to hear these and not be blindsided by how great you think your business is an open to hear what you can improve on. The visual impression of your company is lovely when walking in, however, I like to take many factors into consideration.
