Chose Spanish on the machine to book a cita previa, but only came out in Catalan which I don't speak. I thought this was a bilingual part of the country

Es increíble que llevamos MÁS DE TRES MESES para conseguir una cita para una vista de expediente. En nuestro caso un vecino nos ha denunciado sin pruebas evidentes (era agosto estabamos fuera, es decir imposible) de que nuestro piso es de uso turistico ilegal. Recibimos una inspeccion en nuestro domicilio y tenemos el numero de acta. El ayuntamiento sigue comunicandonos que o se han iniciado medidas para comprobar el uso de la vivienda\. No hay derecho que sea tan dificil poder arrancas las medidas legales que tenemos que tomar y el propio ayuntamiento no nos facilita absolutamente nada. Por ningun sitio aparecen los derechos que tenemos como ciudadanos enfrente una falsa denúncia la cual vamos a recurrir hasta no parar.
