Hello House

Wow. At least they finally fixed the lighting at the main floor entry way. Good news. Next cleaning, painting... 200 people a day rely / use this elevator and it is so poorly maintained. It is rarely clean - scary considering Spain locked everyone up for 3 months in their homes and still misses the boat on the basics. The floor was finally replaced from the bubbling / trip hazard / virus catching mess it was before. Little comfort as it always smells of human waste. Graffiti litters the walkways and approaches always. Despite the city maintaining and fixing its engineering functionality regularly missed is any sort of plan to actually maintain cleanliness and helath. It is a monument to a public health disaster. So simple would have been to incorporate it into the gym complex below. Of course they made the gym private instead of public so this was not an option. Now you have modern clean gym and park attached to the forgotten and well trafficked elevator. This elevator is a vital corridor for the elderly and infirm. Catch on city of Las Palmas politicals and do better. Feel free to contact us if you need ideas.
