It was very clean, and the staff were friendly, and the dogs looked as happy as could be expected...but the staff's internal communication lacks coherence. I was told by telephone to visit today, but the person I was told would be available was not there, and couldn't be reached, and the person I spoke with was entirely unable to help...though she was very kind and pleasant.
