He did a thorough investigation and provided a very detailed and honest report, which put perspective on how much work this property needed. The quality of Ali’s work is outstanding. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable and very detailed. He surveyed a property for us in Mallorca and highlighted many issues that saved us considerable cost. He also surveyed a property for us on mainland Spain and identified major issues that thankfully saved us from making the decision to buy. I would recommend him without hesitation.
