I admired the brand but not anymore because of the staff that worked there in Malaga, they give you an appointment to try dresses keeps you there for an hour and don’t let you try any dresses. You’ve lost a loyal custmer.
Not a happy experience. Having chosen a dress 10 months before the wedding date I changed my mind one week after paying the deposit. I was told that i could not have my deposit back even though clearly the dress would not be made until 3 months before the wedding date. I was also made to drive all the way to malaga from my home an hour away to sign a piece of paper, and this was all after I had involved a solicitor. Yes it says no refunds on the invoice for the deposit but a bit of leniency would go a long way for their customer service. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.
La mejor experiencia de compra y atención por parte de Pronovias Sevilla y Málaga. Te atienden muy bien, visité muchas tiendas de vestidos de novia y aquí dónde mejor me atendieron con diferencia. La tienda de Sevilla en calle Cuna, es preciosa parece un museo.
Grandes profesionales ya que están formados en tendencias y te recomiendan los mejores modelos que tienen en la tienda. Sin duda es la mejor tienda para novias o madrinas de honor para estar estupenda en un dia tan IMPORTANTE.
