Raquel was very kind and welcoming as soon as we walked into the store. I truly feel like I got treated like a princess. She was very patient, attentive and helpful. I would recommend Pronovias Velázquez 100% all the dresses have lovely fabric and were beautiful.

Desde el momento en el que entramos en la tienda el trato fue exquisito. La tienda en sí misma enamora porque está todo al mínimo detalle pero sin duda destacar la atención impecable de Lourdes, la persona que nos asesoró en la prueba. Supo orientarnos en todo, con mil alternativas y opciones ( a mí como novia, mi madre y mi hermana) y de hecho compramos el mismo día los tres trajes. Era imposible no llevárselos. Teniendo el material y un buen asesor la experiencia fue de 10. Felicidades por el trabajo.

La tienda es espectacular. Fuimos al Flag Ship y nos encantó el trato de todo el equipo y la inmensa variedad y oferta de vestidos, tocados, zapatos, etc. Hemos a la vez contactado con Mónica de ecoartefloral como florista reconocida de Pronovias y hemos alucinado de la creatividad de esta mujer. Todo un descubrimiento.
