As a guest I went to Pronovias with more than a month in advance, in order to find a dress that I was looking for a wedding in Brasil, I payed it at the same moment but ended choosing a color as they called champagn that was in the catalogue not in the store. One week before the wedding the only date they could gave me for trying it, besides make me waiting for trying it they brought me a green dress, not the color I chose, once assuming the error they told me that my dress would get there a day after. Two days passed and after calling them several times they tell me that the dress never existed and that I had to choose other one that if I knew I would never choose for the occasion. So here I am one day before my trip without my dress waiting them to fit it an additional service that will cost me 60 euros. As profesional that deals with retail and customer experience I can tell that for brand international known my experience was a deception and I wont be back again.
