Much better than expected; based on the other reviews I expected something terrible. Instead 1) the security guard was very friendly to everyone and helpful 2) there was a big delay but this delay is caused entirely by citizens arguing with the staff rather than the slowness of the staff, at least on the day I attended 3) the staff member that attended to me was flexible and pragmatic- I did not have a medical certificate (the document was not listed online as one I needed to have to complete the Canje de Permiso de Conducir Británico). Instead of rejecting the application, he processed the application and allowed me to email the medical certificate later in the week to finalise the application- very helpful.

Disgusting staff, service and ridiculous format of the whole system....security man was too busy on his whatsapp to help me, the catalan workforce need to learn people skills, arghhhhhhh so rude . After all the bad treatment I'm 6 weeks still trying for another appointment....!!!!!!!! AND NO TOILET FACILITIES.....OMG...disgusting.

FATAL, FATAL, FATAL, ni tenim l'opció de posar-nos en contacte per arreglar les coses, ni de baixa em puc donar, gracies a la DGT no puc tenir el carnet de conduir, 1 any esperan i intentan que em donguin cita previa. Quina vergonya.

Un desastre!!!! Com pot ser que un servei tingui tants defectes. Per començar has d'anar amb \ Cita Previa\, aconseguida un mes després de la recerca. Bé , vas amb els papers que et demanen, treus un número I t'atenen una hora després de la que tens com a cita. Aviam, què és aixó? On és el respecte a les persones?. He hagut de desplaçar-me mitja hora per carretera, trobar aparcament a Girona, patir l 'espera per què la meva parella entrava a treballar I el temps s'apropava. S han de canviar moltes coses en aquest país, per començar hem de fer queixes per escrit, a veure si algú algun dia pensa que tothom té el seu temps I que cal respecte. En fí, una pena ja que la gestió no és complicada.
