Our water tank cap broke (too old) while we were in Ponferrada, we called these lovely brothers who helped us out right on the spot! They came over on purpose to help us out and had a cap for us even better than the old one we used to have. Additionally, they helped us with several other caravan-related questions we had! Super friendly! They also had other camper vans to rent and sell, I totally recommend them! Thank you so much for helping us out!!

David, Luis and their father were all incredible with us. A gust of wind had picked up the outside awning and caused damage on the inside of the van. Worried we drove slowly to their place. Without an appointment they first checked exactly where the damage was. Once satisfied that it was only inside, they made bigger metal plates to attach everything securely. The father has travelled throughout Europe and beyond in his Campervan and his stories were very interesting. The treatment was 5 stars and we feel very lucky that we chose them to professionally and quickly solve our problem. I can not recommend them highly enough
David was an excellent host. The motorhome was in perfect and new conditions. Me and my family really enjoy the experience Would highly recommend Todo Autocaravanas Ponferrada if you need to hire a motorhome

No podríamos haber elegido mejor para nuestra primera experiencia en autocaravana. Increíble el trato recibido por parte de la empresa, nos dieron cuantas indicaciones podríamos necesitar y todas las facilidades. La autocaravana estaba perfecta! Muchas gracias por todo David
