Do not entertain this private hospital!!!!! Payed 90euros to see a doctor and was totally fobbed off. He told me if things dont improve come back for a follow up appointment which they told me would be another 75euros. Thats disgusting just a money cow... Please look elsewhere for better treatment they do not care for your health... AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!!

I live in Europe and travel for business a lot. As any busy international specialist I have to stay on my top and see after my health a bit more than usual. During the last couple of years I have used services of IMED Torrevieja and very happy with my choice. Dr Volodymyr Vynnychuk is my G.P. and thanks to him and for the first time in my life I’ve got a meticulous go through my general health status , so I thank him for that, since his proactive approach helped me a lot. Another good specialist at the same clinic is a gynecology dr. Natalia Ziegert. I find Dr. Vynnychuk medical knowledge deep and wide, since his experience based on long multinational practice. Impressive. Very positive experience. I especially recommend him to anyone who is serious about his or hers health.

The staff on the desk have no idea what they are doing. The doctor I saw was nice although I saw her rushing into the clinic ten minutes after my appointment time and taking her coat off! I had the test done and she told me to go back for results a few weeks later. When I went back she really didn't know why I was there. Also I had a mammogram. The guy was lovely but smelled strongly of cigarettes. He advised that I have an ultrasound scan. He said to speak to the doctor about it and that they did ithe scans in the IMED clinic at no further cost as I had already paid for the mammogram. Again when I went to get the results and asked the doctor about a scan, she didn't know why he had suggested it and said I'd need to go to the hospital and pay privately. I decided not to bother. I felt like they were running a conveyor belt of paying customers, sadly not like a patient. I wouldn't rush back.

Very poor service here! I made an appointment online followed up by a telephone call to see a GP to discuss my medication I was taking in the UK. I recently moved to Spain and made it very clear that I wanted to discuss my medication with an English speaking doctor as my Spanish is not yet good enough. I arrived at the clinic yesterday for a 1pm appointment and was kept waiting 15 minutes before a doctor called me. She immediately said that she could not speak English and was quite rude and offhand. I managed to get her to issue prescriptions for my drugs and on my out I complained to the receptionist who was very helpful and friendly. The receptionist confirmed that I had in fact seen the English speaking Doctor so clearly she did not want to talk to me!!
