Early in 2020 I was diagnosed with Stenosis of the Lumbar Canal which caused intense sciatic nerve pain and made it impossible to walk or sleep properly My GP arranged an MRI scan at Quiron Hospital and the surgeon who examined the scan referred me to physiotherapy at the hospital. The surgeon also stated that if this physiotherapy didn’t work the next step would be surgery. After 6 physiotherapy sessions in two weeks at Quiron I was in a worse condition than when I was first injured. I now understand that this type of intense physiotherapy is not good practice, as the body needs time to recover from each session. I was recommended by a friend to Somat Clinic and within a couple of sessions Jacobo had me walking again. He is a expert in his field and completely understands how the body works and how to repair it. I think it’s fair to say that if I had continued to be treated at the hospital I would have been referred for surgery. So it’s a five star review for Somat a clinic which offers a more personal service and the best medical practice in their field.

Whatever my issue she knows how to treat it.I can highly recommend her for her hands on stills and her professionalism in all things related to health and well being .

I would absolutely recommend this clinic because therapists here are "not only" highly educated and widely experienced but also have an excellent contact with the patients. Try Magdalenas "magical fingers" which feel, se and treat everything :-)

Fui por desesperación debido a un bloqueo lumbar y una lesión que arrastro del músculo piramidal en el glúteo. También tenía varios puntos en la espalda alta y media que me impedían dormir con normalidad. Me hicieron un hueco casi de última hora (yo creo que los pobres no comieron ese día). Ha sido todo un descubrimiento, lo noté al poco de haber salido de la clínica, pero el cambio y la mejoría la sentí al cabo de los 2 días. Espectacular, de verdad. Muchísimas gracias porque de estar incluso de mal humor y pasando un final de vacaciones un poco grises debido al dolor, ahora ya puedo hasta hacer deporte con mi pareja. Recomendable 100%, Jacobo, que es quien me trató, un profesional de 10. Muy amables y agradables!
