Garbage, dark gray and coarse sand beach, sea water is teeming with floating garbage. Very poor, unmaintained beach.

As a beach, not up there with the greats, water was dirty, large rocks close to shore, and beach made up of pebbles and large grain sand. As a naturist beach, very good, there weren't any dodgy people or anything, plenty of people had their children as well, so a good place for families. You can rent sunbeds from the naturist resort up the hill for an extortionate 7 EUR / bed, but the tap beer is cheap.
Not the best beach for swimming as there are large submerged rocks on eastern part of the beach. Shingles at the peak of the beach. Otherwise large grain gray sand which gets very hot on summer sun. Tends to get windy, bring some windbreak. Very safe and calm beach mostly because of Costa Natura resort directly on top of the beach. Unless you are accommodated there your only access to the beach is by walking along the beach which can be challenging from east side (from direction of Estepona city) during the high tides because of rock formations. Otherwise lovely beach, had there couple of hours of sunshine and swimming as nature intended
Nice place to hang out in the buff
Nice beach accessible via resort or if your not staying there you can access it via the left side down the bank onto the beach then head right ( be careful when tide coming in or out as the tide water comes up to the wall side ) . Gets busy in the summer especially on weekends . Beds infront of resort a bit pricey - about 8 a day . Be careful of some of the gents over the summer months . There's at least 4 gents that are perverts . One was pleasuring himself while watching my partner till she realised what he was doing and screamed at him . ( I am afraid I was asleep at the time ) He left straight away.
