Traditional northern Peruvian food- mom and pop restaurant with killer cerviche and lomo saltado. Taste over presentation- reasonably priced

The place was cozy, but the food look weird on the pictures they advertise. I went in to try the food anyways because it was the only Peruvian restaurant around there. Me and my girlfriend order some dishes and the food came out so fast being a homemade cuisine. The food taste it good, but after finishing eating we got a stomach ache. Me being Peruvian in my opinion they just warm up the food and that's what you get, so be aware. Also staff is not that friendly.
Their ceviche is divine!!
What a great Peruvian restaurant, highly recommended, fresh ingredients and very high quality. I’ll come back for sure!!
The taste of the food was OK but nothing really special. The problem was they just warm up the food and I don't know how long the food have been sitting there because me and my boyfriend got sick from it. It wasn't fresh for sure... We payed 24euros for two main plates and we got sick after eating it.... So definitely a bad experience...
I have just returned from this restaurant. Me and my Peruvian wife fancied Peruvian food of the traditional variety rather than the funky fashionable fusion nonsense that seems to be all the rage. We were very happy to find a Peruvian from chiclayo turning out delicious typical no frills dishes from the north of Peru for very reasonable prices. This place has been here for 24 years for a very good reason, it's nice. Definitely recommended.
Massively underrated Peruvian Restaurant. Unpretentious, relaxed, discreet, freshest ingredients, great food, sweet people.
Best Latin lunch in Barcelona ciudad vella, a very humble place with good honest decent food, home made and fresh the place is run but an older couple and it is been there by 26 years and they are super sweet, my fav dish here is the Lomo Saltado
