Well what can i say except it must be my lucky day. Came here on a national holiday expecting to struggle to find a space and instead i find the ticket machine has a fault and the barrier is up and the parking is free. And to top that i still found a space. Oh happy day. Perfect parking spot to explore candelaria from.
