My mom passed away Friday, May 31, 2019 at 2:00am. My older brother who left earlier that day to return to Brazil had spoken on Monday with this funeral parlor and handed me all the info as to be ready when the moment came. After Heath services sent paramedics to verify her passing, I called \Tanatorios en Pamplona\ to be told very bluntly by the employee who responded to my call at 2:30 am that I had to find a funeral parlor in my own locality (town). My parents live in Mutilva, a suburb of Pamplona and a mere 2.5 km from this place. Puzzling, of course as Mutilva does not have a funeral parlor. When I told this employee that this rule could not be, he reiterated the same thing and had no recommendation as of which over place I could call. I verified with the employees of the funeral parlor I found consequently that there is no such a rule and that I could have my mom prepared for her funeral in any place I chose. My one star reflects the fact that someone responded to the phone in the middle of the night. However the treatment that my father and I received was less than human given how shaky and distressed we were. I DO NOT recommend \Tanatorios en Pamplona- cremacion 1995 E

Yo personalmente os lo recomiendo, pues me ha encantado muchísimo el trato personal con la que nos han tratado, en estos momentos tan delicados para nosotros que estábamos bastante despistados a la hora de realizar todo tipo de papeleos y no sabíamos ni por donde empezar, el servicio de atención al cliente a sido magnifico y ellos han sido los que se han preocupado de toda aquella documentación requerida.
